March Brings Reality Check

April 27th, 2009

recovery02As expected, the fluctuations seen last month were only a mild fluctuation dampening gains made with this month’s figures showing a more realistic view of the industry as a whole. There will be no swift recovery and the industry will have to learn from the many mistakes made that led to the housing industry’s problems in the first place. Life isn;t getting any easier and people are beginning to view it realistically that not even the best efforts of the new President may suffice. The government is doing it’s best to bolster the economy but with too widespread a problem, they cannot fix everything.
Experts have been proven wrong again and again as the economy dampens all efforts to recover from the widespread economic woes. People are adjusting to the current economic conditions, saving as much as they can to give them the best chances of surviving this crisis. People are however staring to take up the cause of the green industry where people signify their intent to spend a little extra to go green. The new greening of the city is being dampened by the recession, hopefully, a balance will be found soon enough to get all of us back on the road to recovery.
