Sometimes, a good feedback from a former landlord may counterbalance any negative notion you might present with your unstable credit history. (5)Put forward to offer a few maintenance overhaul or housekeeping service in the apartment building. In return, the landlord may be surprised and give you a good discount.Though not all landlords are open with these ideas. If this all fails, it is best to look for another place to and another landlord that are more considerable with regard to the terms.
